Product Line Delivery Lead
Job Description
Within the Cyber Technology and Controls (CTC) Line of Business, the Technology Governance Risk & Control (GRC) Product Line is seeking someone to work as a Delivery Lead in the Customer Success and Product Adoption team.
Our team is responsible for operating Tech GRC as a customer-centric organization that at its core is driven by delivering outcomes for our lines of business. The Delivery Lead will gain a deep understanding of the Technology GRC ecosystem and partner with Product Owners and Operational teams to identify how we can best enable our customers to protect the bank and seamlessly enable controls. You will:
- Partner with Technology GRC product and engineering teams to identify areas and opportunities of greatest business value
- Interface with senior leadership on high impact and high visibility initiatives such as managing our Objectives and Key Results, Quarterly Business Reviews and Product Review sessions
- Lead interactions with the GT Product Office to ensure Technology GRC is aligned with GT standards for Agile ways of working and Product Owner tooling
- Drive maturity of our teams towards being consistently focused on customer outcomes rather than on delivering specific features
- Bring a data-driven measurement focused mindset to how we operate and deliver customer outcomes
- Accelerate our Agile maturity working closely with both product and development teams to identify areas of improvement and coaching
- Build relationships across CTC and the wider GT organization to drive tighter alignment of our operating practices
- Bring a strong desire to develop an 'ecosystem' mindset where multiple capabilities work together to deliver an outcome
This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Understanding of how the Information Security Management (ISM) function operates
- Experience of balancing the demands of multiple customer groups
- Experience of working with high-performing Product teams
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
- Exceptional communication skills

About the Team The Cybersecurity & Technology Controls group at JPMorgan Chase aligns the firm's cybersecurity, access management, controls and resiliency teams. The group proactively and strategically partners with all lines of business and functions to enable them to design, adopt and integrate appropriate controls; deliver processes and solutions efficiently and consistently; and drive automation of controls. High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters. Users in these roles are subject to enhanced pre-hire screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks (as allowed by law). The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.
