About the Role
Assists product line team with data research, comparative analysis, strategy development, and communication.
Team Summary:
The Product Line department manage the development of new and existing electric driveline standard architectures and products. The goal is to be competitive in the relevant market, meet customer requirements and cost with scalable Product Lines.
Your Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the Product Line Strategy and Technology Roadmap.
  • Break down Market Critical Attributes and requirements from system level to subsystem level and components.
  • Structure and compile technical documentation for product line best practices.
  • Participate in the research and analysis of opportunities for innovative products, stay informed of industry trends and company strategy.
  • Participate and support Benchmarking activities.
  • Coordinate x-functional cooperation as necessary for Product Line Projects.
  • Supports and adheres to policies, procedures, and operational guidelines related to established quality management system (IATF 16949).
  • Maintains working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Expected Learning Outcomes:
  • Familiarization with AWD/4WD electric driveline systems as assemblies
  • Methods for developing product line strategies
  • Experience working with a global team
  • Concise technical communication
  • Exposure to business planning process


Who we are looking for

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
  • Enrolled in an engineering program with an accredited school.
  • Understand the basics of engineering theory and principles of design.
  • Working knowledge in computer-based software, organizational/communication skills, ability to work with others in a team environment.


Your preferred qualifications

  • Experience working with systems; integration of mechanical and electrical subsystems.
  • Preferred mechanical or electrical background.
