Key Responsibilities:

Profitable Service Business Growth

• Responsible for revenue, margin improvement and profitability (P&L)
• Primary owner for product road maps, cost models and new opportunity management.
• Create marketing collateral for service products, including value proposition and economic value analysis
• Identifies key parts or service at risk of market share loss and drives strategy with Business Development and Sales for retention
• Provides guidance on spares pricing & strategies

Service Product Development

• Develops comprehensive spares and service roadmap to solve tool issues and improve service-related performance based on customer feedback and high value problems
• Defines and drives service programs using product life cycle methodology
• Create market and business requirements addressing service needs
• Owns competitive intelligence and SWOT including red team process on parts & service
• Forecast, plan and manage operation expenditures for service product developments.

Continuous Improvement

• Develops and implements service continuity strategies including part obsolescence, replacements, and forecasting models
• Conduct cost analysis and drive cost reduction program.

Functional Knowledge

• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

Business Expertise

• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

U.S. Salary Range:

$116,000.00 - $159,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
