Baker Hughes has an opening for a Product Line Manager role to lead our Conventional Fishing segment at our Center of Technology Innovation (CTI) in Houston, TX. The position provides the candidate the unique opportunity to interact with Best in Class Products and Services for the #1 global conventional fishing provider.

As Product Line Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing a Global vision, strategy and execution plans to support and grow the Conventional Fishing business
  • Overall Conventional Fishing revenue and profitability.
  • Leading engineering, supply chain and operations to develop and commercialize products and services to maintain and grow the business
  • Establishing a deep understanding of business and market drivers to identify keys areas for business and technology investments
  • Working with other product lines and business units to establish unique market solutions.
  • Managing product life cycle, product cost competitiveness, and rationalization.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8 years of Oilfield Services Industry experience with 5 years of Completions & Well Intervention business
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to create a highly motivated team
  • Deep technical and business understanding of Conventional Fishing portfolio
  • Financial acumen and the ability to manage a Profit and Loss (P&L)
