CommScope is looking to add a Product Line Manager to be the bridge between our customers and the Product Line Management group for our Power Solutions product portfolio. This is a virtual role, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World.
As the Business Development Lead for Power Solutions, this role will own the profitable growth of the NAR Cabinets, PowerShift Macro & PowerShift Metro product lines. Primary responsibilities for this PLM-BD role will include:
This role has cross-functional responsibilities working with Sales, Engineering, CTO & Operations. The specific focus for this PLM-BD role will be engagement with new customers on PowerShift Metro to drive solution understanding, approval & adoption into MNOs, Neutral Hosts, and potentially utilities/municipalities.
You will make an impact byfocusing on driving understanding and adoption of the PowerShift Metro solution into customers. Additionally, this position will be able to support PowerShift Macro & Cabinet solutions to customers to assist the Sales team and promote combined COMM solutions.

- New business development activities
- New opportunity identification/qualification
- Sales solution & proposal support
- Sales customer meeting support, input to product strategy and development, and pricing strategy.
This role has cross-functional responsibilities working with Sales, Engineering, CTO & Operations. The specific focus for this PLM-BD role will be engagement with new customers on PowerShift Metro to drive solution understanding, approval & adoption into MNOs, Neutral Hosts, and potentially utilities/municipalities.
You will make an impact byfocusing on driving understanding and adoption of the PowerShift Metro solution into customers. Additionally, this position will be able to support PowerShift Macro & Cabinet solutions to customers to assist the Sales team and promote combined COMM solutions.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- 8+ years of related experience.
- Previous experience in the wireless industry.
- Understanding of outdoor Small Cell deployments - real estate, power/fiber delivery, SC construction, etc.
- Familiarity with P&L, pricing strategy, and budget management.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to articulate complex concepts to a broad range of internal and external audiences;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills - verbal and written with the ability present information to all levels of the organization including external customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work simultaneously on many priorities, which change frequently.
- The ability to take action and tackle problems.
You Will Excite Us If You Have:
- A completed Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with power product solutions.
- Experience in network field implementation and/or Power/Cabinet installations.
- Experience working for or with an operator, MSO, or neutral host provider.
