UKG is Hiring Product Management Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at UKG in the Payroll and Tax area you are an essential member of an innovative, highly collaborative agile development team responsible for the delivery of mission critical payroll functionality in UKG's cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solution UKG Pro

• Responsible for leading the development efforts associated with assigned features/work. • Participate by understanding and analyzing our customers' business problems and opportunities• Defines stories and conditions of acceptance with internal and external stakeholder input, as well as input from development partners (UX Designers, Developers and QA)• Participate in helping determine solutions that address said business problems/opportunities• Drafting the functional and non-functional requirements• Providing help to our developers, quality engineers, internal stakeholders, internal customer, and external customers• Communicate with multiple stakeholders including customers, prospects, as well as various internal stakeholders and synthesize multiple inputs to ensure business problem or opportunity is fully understood• Responsible for requirement prioritization and evaluating trade-offs

Qualifications

Basic• Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with ability to collaborate with development partners and communicate complex concepts to internal and external stakeholders• Strong ability to partner and work in a collaborative team environment to solve business problems

Preferred• 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role• Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly understand the dynamic business and evolving compliance needs of our customers• Exceptional partnership skills with ability to inspire and lead development team without management authority• Excellent organizational and time management skills required to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
