We focus all hiring efforts in a few states and within driving distance of an office location to enable in-person collaboration when and where possible. Priority hiring locations are Scottsdale, AZ, Illinois, NY tri-state metro area (New Jersey, New York and Connecticut) and San Francisco, CA. On exception we will hire in secondary locations such as District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia. We are not actively recruiting in Colorado, Rhode Island or Washington.

Overall Purpose
This is an Individual Contributor role that will drive innovation and combat payment fraud as our Product Management Director in the Payments team, spearheading the development and management of APIs, services, and ML models that large banks and financial institutions rely on. The Product Management Director - Payments is a highly entrepreneurial Product Management Leader who can connect deeply across all organizational levels to achieve customer and business objectives.
Essential Functions:
- Lead the development and execution of payments products and services
- Drive innovation in the payments space and shape the future of combating payments fraud
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
- Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development.
- Define product requirements and specifications.
- Work with engineering teams to bring products to market.
- Measure and track product performance against key metrics.
- Drive cross-functional teams to help deliver the customer outcomes and business objectives.
- Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor's degree
- 12 or more years of related work experience
- Demonstrated experience in design thinking and agile development process and methodology
- Demonstrated cross functional collaboration experience.
- Proven experience in and passion for building and delivering great products.
- Demonstrated experience in setting a product strategy, analyzing market trends and customer needs, setting roadmap and in meeting product revenue targets.
- Experience in measuring and tracking product performance against key metrics
- Demonstrated experience driving alignment at the executive and client leadership level
- Excellent listening and execution skills
- Background and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Certifications in design thinking and/or agile.
- Prior experience working in payments, financial services or similar regulated industry.

Physical Requirements
Early Warning works together in a highly collaborative office environment. As such, working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.
Employee must be able to perform essential functions and physical requirements of position with or without reasonable accommodation.

The pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ in USD per year is: $155,000 - $175,000.
San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $180,000 - $220,000.

Early Warning Services takes into consideration a variety of factors when determining a competitive salary offer, including, but not limited to, the job scope, market rates and geographic location of a position, candidate's education, experience, training, and specialized skills or certification(s) in relation to the job requirements and compared with internal equity (peers). The business actively supports and reviews wage equity to ensure that pay decisions are not based on gender, race, national origin, or any other protected classes.
Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary bonus, and benefits.
