Here's the Gist :

Focus in backend operations will be on yield improvement, process optimization and cost reduction through a combination of hands-on engineering, utilization of data analysis tools and techniques, and project management skills in support of manufacturing as well as offshore test and assembly.

The Day-to-Day :

• Develop and implement unique concepts and solutions which will drive improvements in quality, value, and capacity in product and operations engineering.
• Provide hands-on expertise in investigation, analysis, and resolution of product and operations issues and areas for improvement.
• Participate in building the infrastructure of a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment for through hands-on development and implementation.
• Identify high ROI value opportunities in product and operations engineering and successfully execute towards implementation
• Participate in closed loop engagements with Manufacturing and R&D to ensure best practices are rolled back into new developments and across adjacent products for optimal returns

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical engineering
• 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device technology back-end, specifically in Assembly and Test
• Strong verbal, written & presentation communications skills
• Self-motivated with strong drive to excel in engineering development and concept implementation, capable of working with remote guidance in a globally oriented role
• This role may require some travel, which could include international destinations, and additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
