Fearless is looking for an  Product Management Intern to add to our diverse team of 250+ employees (and counting!).

Fearless’ internship program provides college students and recent graduates with real-world experience in and knowledge of the government tech industry. This 10-week program is a full-time, paid, hybrid internship that will give you not just technical skills, but a broad variety of professional skills, such as interviewing, creating resumes, and networking for job readiness.Â
The Product Management Intern will support the Product Practice Director. The Product Management Intern will do this by supporting internal projects, collecting and analyzing data, and other tasks that support departmental goals. You should apply for this if you’re curious about a career in Product Management or Business Administration.

- This is a Hybrid Opportunity. Our offices are located is Baltimore. Parking passes will be provided.

Responsibilities and Contributions:
- Works under the guidance of the Product Management Practice Director to support internal product management initiatives.Â
- Assists the Practice Director and Practice Manager develop Product Management materials, reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
- Documents and circulates notes from herd meetings.
- Supports process improvement for onboarding, recruiting, and other business processes.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
Must-Have Skills:
- Has taken classes or majored in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or other related fields
- Experience with Google Sheets and Excel.
- Experience managing large data sets.
- Completed project management or related coursework.
Icing-on-the-Cake SkillsÂ
- Experience using various tools used by Fearless, including Slack, G Suite, and Zoom.
Compensation:
We believe in paying people fairly, so we've established a compensation model that ensures everyone at Fearless — regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, age, nationality, or negotiation skills — is given equal pay for equal work.
- Hourly rate is $18/Hr.

- Introduction Interview - Introduction to Fearless, the opportunity, and your skills.
- Technical Interview - This is where we get into the nitty gritty of the project. During the Technical Interview, you’ll be interviewed by our Functional Leads and/or the team’s Project Lead to make sure your skills align with the project requirements.
