Position Summary
In this role you'll support the Safety product management teams in refining our documentation and data, improving our processes, and contributing to new product launch and marketing efforts.
This position reports to Product Line Director.
According to the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act), this position is classified as:
- Non-Exempt
What You'll Be Doing
- Analyze technical product documentation and execute improvements
- Review digital user experience and suggest improvements
- Support product launch, competitive analysis and promotional activities
- Update and validate internal product data.
- Support content creation for training, product launch, and marketing content.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Required
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, IT or relevant field
- Microsoft Office suite experience
- Able to take direction and proceed independently
- Confidence to ask questions and make suggestions
- High energy and drive to support multiple projects at the same time
