Position Summary:

Bunge Global Plant-based Protein is seeking a summer intern to assist the Product Management team. The selected candidate will be part of a high functioning team responsible for product insights, portfolio strategy, portfolio management, and P&L management . Their main responsibilities are to assist in designing a portfolio based on customer needs and market trends to maximize growth; assist in developing and implementing portfolio strategies with prioritized goals linked to customer and operational plans; monitor and assess current SKU performance and rationalize SKUs; influence and help drive new product development; and, assist in maximizing portfolio profitability by managing pricing and costing for all SKUs. Furthermore, the candidate will have an opportunity to engage cross functional teams within the plant protein organization, including sales, finance, marketing, R&D, operations and supply chain. Core Functions & Responsibilities:• Assist in defining an optimal product portfolio and continuous process to update the business on how it should evolve based on customer needs, market trends, and operational and supply chain capabilities.• Execute SKU set up including packaging, documents, and warehousing and integrate with operations and supply chain.• Assist in tracking and scrutinizing SKU performance versus business plan and optimize pricing, capacity management, inventory, warehousing and supply chain dynamics to maximize profitability.• Support the implementation and management of end-to-end pricing that encompasses market discover, strategy, price setting governance, and enabling tools and technologies.• Update cost models that encompass key cost drivers including packaging, operations, supply chain, and more.• Participate in industry and customer events and assist in the creation of appropriate value propositions for targeted customer segments• Assist in the demand planning process
