Our product suite enables our customers to gain unprecedented visibility, benefit from shared artificial intelligence across a federated network of data, and interact across the network through a shared source of truth. We help our customers to build and manage trusted global supply chains.
The Product team is looking for talented Product Management Leads to help implement this vision for our Atlas Platform. You’ll work closely with Product, Solutions, Business Development and Delivery teams to carry out the end to end implementation of Altana’s product suite through initiatives which will include:
- Developing delivery frameworks as well as client tailored implementation plans Â
- Executing best practices as part of implementation plans and ensuring products are delivered on time
- Building processes to oversee Altana’s product delivery performance and facilitating successful collaboration between clients and Altana’s internal product & commercial teams
- Architect and oversee product delivery roadmaps and product integration plans for strategic accounts, platform partnerships, and channel relationships.Â
- Drive process improvement across Altana’s product delivery and integrations. Â
- Evangelize our products and educate our customers and the market on the benefits of our approach.Â
- Collaborate with early-adopter and strategic customers to address pain points and identity new use cases
- Work closely with sales and solutions teams to identify go to market approaches for our product suiteÂ
- Develop extensive training on our product for internal and external users of our productsÂ
- Help drive account specific marketingÂ
​​What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years related product management experience implementing products and managing executive transformation at a technology company, with a strong preference for experience in a fast-growth, venture-backed startup context
- Entrepreneurial sense of ownership of the success of the products, with full ownership and accountability of outcomes
- Business-driven with a passion for technology - you crave identifying, defining, and solving user challenges through sophisticated technology delivered in intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills to clearly and concisely communicate complex topics to diverse stakeholders (engineers, customers, etc.) in written and verbal form
- Experience with complex user workflows around collaboration of data insights a strong plus

Operating at multiple altitudes: Product managers need to be able to change altitudes between product strategy and execution, modulating between short-term priorities and long-term objectives and tying the two.

Evangelizing your product internally and externally: Product managers should be CONSTANTLY demoing, educating, and evangelizing their product, both externally and internallyÂ

Ruthless & transparent prioritization. There is no shortage of brilliant ideas, the fine art of Product Management is prioritization, but done in a manner that builds trust through transparency.Â

User centricity: PMs need to be inside the users psychology, deeply understanding their pain, their priorities, and their needs. Ideally, a PM know their users’ workflows so well, they could step in, and do their job.
