Job Description

Samsung SDS America is seeking for a Product Management Lead with enterprise mobility experience who will define and execute the vision for our mobility solutions and related solutions. In this role, you will build and lead the team of product managers, develop the roadmaps and ensure a successful delivery of initiatives from concept to implementation while collaborating with internal, external partners and customers.

This role will support our External Account Management Team (B2B). This team is responsible for sales of our Zero Touch Mobility (ZTM) scoped application for Service Now, and related hardware and services. ZTM enables true hyper automation of the entire enterprise mobility lifecycle.

This is a 100% remote role that can be based anywhere in the US. The Team is based in Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and foster a culture of growth in the Product Management Team.
  • Define the strategic direction for ZTM and related solutions.
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps and strategies to drive adoption and usage of ZTM and related solutions based on business objectives and customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobility solutions trends and identify new opportunities relevant to our products.
  • Partner effectively with engineers to align technology investments with the product agenda, considering end-user functionalities, internal capabilities, and platform health.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to gather customer requirements and feedback.
  • Evangelize the use of appropriate methods to uncover internal and external customer needs, ensuring product solutions address customer needs.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, customers, and partners across Samsung SDSA.

  • Collaborate with early-adopter customers to ensure early versions of products meet their needs, understand / document pain points and new requirements, and continually work on improving the product / solution with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in technical product management or related positions focused in Mobility Solutions, mobile security or enterprise mobility management.
  • 3+ years' of people management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional team
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning
  • Strong client-facing and internal communications skills.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, leading successful projects, preferably in enterprise solutions.
  • Experience of delivering complex enterprise solutions, preferably with Service Now implementations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Proven experience in defining and launching software products in enterprise sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of product management tools, such as JIRA and Tools Names
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
