Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Chinese Bilingual candidate (prefereably with Electrical Engineering or other engineering background) to join our Product Management team. The candidate shall have strong capability in learning and performing in the fields of global product management and technical support for battery and charger applications, also have deep interests in business operations and business development to discover more applications with our Tenergy products to support customer’s success.Â
Related duties may include the following. The candidate may work on subset of the listed duties:
- Engage with customer for product/project requirement discovery and analysis.
- Participate in product support to the customers and/or internal business team.
- Perform routine product management duties including product part number generation, datasheet maintenance, product pricing analysis, and support the creation of marketing collaterals.
- Assist with Product Market research to develop product strategy and pricing structure.
- Work with the supply chain management team to execute new product launch plans.
- Work with engineering, production and QA to ensure product quality.
- Communicate with vendors for the areas related to product development, manufacture and logistics.
- Participate in working with suppliers globally to provide product requirements and assess supplier’s product proposals in design and cost, and verify product testing results.
- Understand project management and can manage timelines.
- Closely communicate with vendors for areas related to product development, manufacture and logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree is required. Electrical Engineering or other engineering degree is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Teamwork player that can work cross many internal functions as well as external customer engagement
- Strong product data analytical skills
- Chinese English bilingual.

Salary range $60,000 - $90,000 annually.Â
