Why is Product Program Lead of Disputes & Settlement a critical role?
As a Product Program Lead of Disputes & Settlement you will ensure that Fiserv delivers best-in-class software solutions to enable key stakeholders in the payment disputes process to avoid or to better-resolve disputes.
In this role you will ensure our solutions maximize revenue and improve operational efficiency through charting and executing on the product roadmap, business plan and commercialization of the Disputes & Settlement product lines.
You will be responsible for tracking and managing the full lifecycle management of Disputes & Settlement products. This includes the utilization of market research, the evaluation of technology trends and capabilities, and the translation of client and compliance needs into a product execution plan. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that we are executing against our roadmap focused on specific success metrics including financial targets, product adoption, client satisfaction, and compliance coverage.
Specifically, this role will be charged with the following:• Product Plan and Roadmap: Influence, chart, and deliver the product roadmap execution plan and strategic initiatives to drive the enhancement and development of next generation of Disputes & Settlement solutions leveraging market trends analysis, competitive analysis, design thinking, user experience definition, compliance requirements, and client feedback. This product set spans user interfaces, API integration capabilities, processor integration, workflows, artificial intelligence, reporting, data warehousing, business intelligence.• Business Outcomes: Collaborate across the organization to identify and track operational metrics that will enable us to effectively manage the product lines with a focus on client and business value creation. Track, timely delivery of enhancements to ensure client satisfaction and business value.• Partner Management and Product Expert: Partner with strategic suppliers, network compliance teams, software providers, artificial intelligence experts, to communicate and track the execution of our roadmap to deliver world-class disputes intake, workflow, and resolution capabilities which will deliver compelling value for our clients and business.• Commercialization: Participate in, document and track, build, buy, partner decisions across market management, marketing, sales and technology to build the next generation of Disputes & Settlement decisions including packaging and pricing to optimize value for clients and Fiserv.• Product Development: Partner with core credit processing product teams, technology and implementation to track the development of products and capabilities using development best practices. Identify and execute on opportunities to accelerate the product development velocity.
Given that many of our large issuing clients are tightly integrated and dependent on Fiserv for their card processing and operations, this role will have a significant impact on client satisfaction and revenue growth from our top clients.
This position is a key member of the Issuer Solutions leadership team, and will partner closely with the Issuer Solutions organization:
Essential Job Responsibilities:• Influence and track execution of the Disputes & Settlement product strategic plan and roadmap, collaborating with the Disputes & Settlement product owners and leadership team.• Collaborate with and lead in a cross-functional team spanning product, market management, technology, external partners and client management to deliver against your product plan while executing in highly collaborative partnerships across Issuer Solutions• Validate and collaborate in the prioritization of requirements including defining benefits and impacts of product releases across the organization and clients• Effectively communicate product line value proposition, proof points and updates on progress to broader organization and clients - leveraging marketing and market management support• Drive performance against product line and initiative revenue and cost goals• Track and report on launch plans, including key product collateral (i.e., product guides, sales presentations, demo scripts, flash demos, feature comparisons) to effectively support sales initiatives• Partner closely with the implementation teams to ensure contracted solutions are implemented with quality in a timely fashion to support deliver of our business plan• Perform as a key team member furthering Fiserv's product modernization effort, championing agile methodologies, client-centric solutions, high velocity development and associate engagement• Track the achievement of subscriber, transactions, quality, revenue and profitability goals for Fiserv and our clients• Set and execute strategies that will enable scaled adoption of products and capabilities across key customers• Design and develop improvement opportunities to gain efficiencies of project methodologies, deliverables, reporting and training to mature capabilities in service and delivery• Track market revenue growth through penetration of Disputes & Settlement solutions, as well as through the creation of new solutions, features and packaging• Participate in product line specific sales activities and be a key participant in building a marketing and sales strategy in partnership with our marketing and sales teams
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:• Bachelor's degree in information science, engineering, business or a related field required.
Job-Related Experience:• 2 - 5+ years of experience in product management or management consulting• 2 - 5 years of experience in the Payments Industry• Knowledge and experience of product management best practices spanning product development, product management, pricing and go to market• Experience with supporting the Disputes & Settlement process, including processor integration, preferred

Travel Required:
Approximately 10-20% travel throughout the year to various Fiserv offices and client locations
