Product Management Senior Advisor - Pathwell - Remote
Job Description
This role will contribute to the launch of Pathwell, a fully integrated (medical and pharmacy) multi-year specialty management solution currently in development. Responsibilities include financial projections, development of requirements, clinical operations/ procedures, creation of a new medical benefit as well as optimization of medical and pharmacy specialty solutions.
This role spans the product lifecycle from strategy, development, launch, and maintenance. Given the large nature of this project, key responsibilities/competencies include the ability to: effectively work cross functionally, keep the enterprise at large informed/engaged, simplify complex topics for executive audiences, thrive in ambiguity, as well as to identify risks and dependencies across various work streams.
Primary Responsibilities:
- This role will be focused on the end-to-end experience of customers in Pathwell Specialty, including customer communications, messaging and development of key customer focused initiatives
- Partnering with third parties to explore opportunities to bring new customer focused solutions forward
- Strategically lead/design enterprise thinking on medical and pharmacy specialty solutions across current and future offerings in close partnership with Evernorth
- Partner with a core team of cross functional partners across pharmacy, medical, clinical, financial and provider departments
- Provide the strategic guidance/ oversight to stand-up a massively complex net new set of solutions
- Nurture strong cross functional relationships with clear and regular communication
- Highly organized to manage ideas, progress, risks and needs of all programs
- Drive executive level understanding and excitement for new product offerings, building credibility and trust as the primary subject matter expert for Pharmacy Product
- Work efficiently with multiple internal and external stakeholders to overcome any/all design, build and launch challenges
- Demonstrate curiosity to understand "how" and "why" existing systems/processes operate the way they do. Use knowledge gained to enhance product design and inspire new product solutions.
- Ability to manage a high volume of programs at the same time and effectively prioritize time/ needs
- Finalize, prioritized, product development concepts and articulate go-forward project scope and approach
- Contribute to pharmacy product team best practices to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in product development, service ops, marketing, finance, business development or a related field
- Working knowledge of pharmacy benefit providers
- Experience / working knowledge of medical specialty drug infusions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to quickly translate ideas and insights into presentation ready documents
- Excellent meeting facilitation and organizational skills
- Strong financial, analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills
- Strong PowerPoint and excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups etc.)
- Comfort with complex systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Demonstrated ability to execute on multiple projects and excel in a results-orientated environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with remote personnel to achieve agreed upon goals and objectives
- Demonstrated ability to organize thoughts and vision into presentation-ready deliverables
- Demonstrated decision making capability
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or MBA preferred

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 103,700 - 172,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
