Product Management Senior Analyst - eviCore - Remote

eviCore is currently hiring a Product Management Sr. Analyst. The Sr. Analyst delivers on delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Product Management job family. Contributes to analyses supporting product direction and innovation, identifies opportunities to maximize product operations and efficiency. Supports product maintenance, enhancement, trouble shooting and daily support with focus on Cigna operations and the Pathwell initiative. May assist, coordinate or lead portions of projects. Completes day-to-day Product Management tasks without immediate supervision, but open to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze current processes to determine program performance and opportunity for efficiencies.
• Assist in the implementation of new clients by integrating workflows into current operations.
• Build presentations and completes analyses to assist the program director in communications to the client and senior management.
• Manages designated special projects and project plans.
• Translate clinical criteria into pathway algorithms using visual programing tool; evaluates existing pathways for operational efficiencies.
• Document and maintain program workflows, pathways, Business tools, CPT codes, and criteria.
• Coordinate with key leaders to execute projects.
• Prepare training and direction for interdepartmental staff interacting with the program.
• Develop client facing skill set and coordinates client activities as directed by either the Director or Associate Program Director.
• Mentor analysts with less tenure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years equivalent work experience required.
• Excellent attention to detail in understanding and solving problems
• SQL skills preferred
• Microsoft Excel experience required
• SmartSheet experience preferred
• Visio or other visual programming tool experience preferred
• Presenting experience
• Implementations experience is a plus

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 60,500 - 100,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
