Job Description Summary
The Product Management Senior Analyst provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Product Management assignments/projects. This position will be part of our Digital Services team, responsible for assisting with EDI and TPA platform positioning, product communications, coordinating with cross-functional partners, collaborating with the supply chain sales support team, partnering with Vendors/shared customers. and working with sales and account management for product growth; in addition to other items that may arise around product communication execution.
The position may lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives. The ideal candidate will exercise creativity, foresight, and judgment in problem solving with internal and external customers, Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders, focuses on providing thought leadership in understanding of wider business.
Essential Functions
- Lead Customer requests from first contact to installation
- Coordinate, Lead and document any meetings, demos, training, follow up with Customers and internal/external support teams
- Create customer billing for products
- Attend team meetings, as needed
- Support Core Sales and Strategic Team engagement for all customer onboarding initiatives by assisting with Sales Training or reviews on products
- Issue resolution for Products or Relationships between Vendors, Sales Team and Customer
- Assist in caring for the relationship with CSD and Vendors, raise information to Leadership
- Onboard customers to products; including requesting support from EDI, Credit, Contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or 5+ years of equivalent project coordination, escalated customer support or product management experience
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills required
- Proven leadership skills, team-orientation, and strong commitment to client service a must
- Ability to work on multiple tasks, prioritize, resolve complex issues, and have strong project management skills
- Ability to learn multiple internal reporting and analytic tools use advanced problem solving skills
- Work independently, as well as collaboratively
- Knowledge of PBM industry/Healthcare industry is desirable
