As a Product Management Specialist, you will have a part in effectively managing and coordinating all technical and service aspects of custom/OEM product requests. This will range from initial discussions with clients, internal teams, product specification alignment, and preparation of commercial proposals and internal documents required for manufacturing and sales. Help us make a global impact through flawless execution and collaboration.

A day in the Life:

• Perform initial analysis of customer requests, clarify requirements and needs.
• Transfer information about the requirements for custom products into internal databases so sellable product would be built.
• Collaborate with different departments to get desired result.

Keys to Success:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a Life Science field or equivalent experience required.

Experience

• Minimum one year of experience in the Life Science Industry.
• Experience in project management, working in a laboratory and commercial work in life sciences is helpful.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines rigorously.
• Technical knowledge of molecular biology or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Attention to details.
• Ability to handle communication and confidential information.
• Outstanding organizational skills for document and database management.
• Determination in problem-solving, constant improvement and result oriented approach.

Compensation
The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €2 625,00-€3 937,50.
