Product Management Specialist

The role of the Product Management Specialist is responsible for providing support for all retail locations, updating and maintaining product data, customer service and a variety of administrative duties. Duties include creating an environment of support and efficiency through effective communication with corporate initiatives and in store leadership.

 Create all new product descriptions and pricing for all Retail locations 
 Receive deliveries systematically for all Retail locations as needed
 Create and maintain all company licensing and sellers permits, to ensure all is up to date
 Schedule Event Days, which includes Customer Appreciation Days, Staff Education Days, Brand Takeover days, Demos, and
other events, for all Retail locations.
 Create weekly and monthly product sales reports into a user friendly excel sheet 
 Secret shop competitive Retailers & created excel sheets comparing our pricing to other stores within the area for all locations
 Work with vendors to procure current assets and product pics for our online portals 
 Conduct product inventory audits to identify aging and/or expiring products and work with the Product Buyers to run promotions or price drop to prevent waste.
 Manage the Treez platform for data integrity, Iheartjane to ensure the online menu is accurate, and SpringBig to send out weekly promotions and deals.
 Track all Budtender incentive programs and send results to vendors in a timely manner.
 Provide additional Retail support as needed.

• Must be 21+
  • Excellent computer and mathematics skills, data analysis; experience working in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills.
  • Experienced relationship with internal team and external partners.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies.

• Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance
• Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shift
• Requires manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
• Requires normal hearing range
