TD Bank's Credit Cards and Unsecured Lending organization offers consumer credit in three areas: TD-branded credit cards and personal loans; retail sales financing programs, and co-branded and private label card partnerships. Our consumer loans are distributed through our East Coast retail store network and nationally through hundreds of partnership programs with retailers and other third-party organizations.

The Product Manager oversees the end to end management of TSYS servicing platform migration tasks and Point-of-Sale program, and characteristics that meet customer needs and are priced to meet the Unsecured Lending profit and loss objectives. Product Manager will play a crucial role in driving the development and success TD Fit Checkout (POS) Payment Product. Primary responsibility will be to shape the product strategy, gather requirements, and lead the end-to-end product development to support TSYS servicing migration and POS product. Create seamless payment experiences and have a strong track record of delivering successful products This role acts as a source for innovation led through customer insights and creating a better customer experience with a TD Fit Checkout (POS) Payment Product. The role is accountable for business results, working with cross functional team and External vendors teams to ensure best customer experience and volume targets are met.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, goals, and roadmap for the Point of Sale Payment Product. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends and opportunities.
  • Elicit and analyze business requirements from internal teams, customers, vendors and partners. Translate requirements into clear and actionable product specifications to support TSYS Servicing migration
  • Prioritizes the presence and relative importance of key product deliverables
  • Ensures maximum profitability via management of risk levels authorizes risk policy changes as appropriate
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Vendors and Legal & Compliance, to oversee the development and delivery of the Point of Sale Payment Product. Ensure timely and successful product releases
  • Champion user-centric design principles and work to enhance the customer experience of the POS product. Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and improve the product continuously.
  • Develops and manages the product development calendar and oversees the successful and seamless execution of deliverables
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product's success. Regularly monitor performance metrics and take data-driven actions to optimize product performance and user satisfaction
  • Ensures all products are in compliance and meet all regulatory requirements
  • Collaborates with business lines in establishing new services and products
  • Job Requirements
  • Education & Experience:
  • Undergraduate degree or product management certificate and/or
  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • Previous Product experience typically required
  • Advanced knowledge of and ability to conduct product research, product analysis and development, forecasting, pricing, competitive intelligence
  • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
  • Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate program/project activities to ensure completion of product initiatives
  • Ability to forecast and contribute to strategic direction of the product management function and provide advice to senior leadership
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions
  • Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions
  • Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
  • Skill in preparing and managing budgets and P&L
  • Knowledge of and/or skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
  • Skill in using computer applications including MS Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
