We are looking for a driven and collaborative Product Manager looking to make an impact with new product features that will solve customer pain points.

An opportunity to...

• Develop a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, Brands/Merchants across many product categories, Marketplaces and Large Enterprises
• Engage in discovery processes to identify customer pain points and shape product solutions
• Revolutionize the warranty industry in close partnership with functions including engineering, design, customer success, and warranty programs teams
• Plug into areas of Clyde’s biggest need and drive positive impact for the next stage of growth
• Become an expert on trends in the eCommerce landscape and use that knowledge to shape product roadmaps
• Define metrics for success and analyze the impact of product features

Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of product management experience
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and to digest complexity with multifaceted business and technical dynamics
• Track record of collaborating with technical teams (e.g., Engineers) to execute on development plans
• Demonstrated ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to uncover pain points and drive solutions for opportunities
• Willingness to engage in technical conversations and evaluate tradeoffs
• Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape (particularly platforms like Shopify and BigCommerce) a strong plus
• Strong communication skills that balances advocacy with listening
• Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data to inform decisions
• Willing and able to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
