Product Manager

Team Description 

Pendo is a multi-app platform that gives users a better understanding of how their targeted applications are being used. 

Product Managers at Pendo build products for Product Managers. Our Analytics Product Team helps companies and product teams around the world elevate their product experiences by giving product teams the means to drive growth through understanding usage, adoption, engagement, and retention.  

As a Product Manager on our Analytics Product Team, you will collaborate directly with Pendo’s brightest minds in engineering, design, data science, research, agile, sales, and customer success teams to deliver an impactful and delightful analytics experience to product teams worldwide.

Role Responsibilities 

• Develop and communicate project documentation - epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.
• Maintain a prioritized and updated roadmap and feature backlog
• Understand our customers’ jobs to be done to inform new opportunities
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives 
• Define success metrics for product initiatives and projects
• Translate product strategy into projects and project requirements

Minimum Qualifications 

• 2+ years of Product Management experience
• Data-driven mindset – experience using data to drive decisions
• Agile process experience
• Experience working directly with customers
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications 

• Familiarity with Pendo product or another analytics solution
• Fluency in data analysis using tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.
• PM experience in a SaaS company
• Experience working with design tools like Figma
