Product Manager

Aristocrat Interactive is looking for a Product Manager to join our awesome team.

What You'll Do

• Make an impact - grow the business by developing new products and features;
• Responsible for the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch;
• System analysis of cross-platform products: Backend application, Bonus and Promotion mechanisms, CRM tools, Affiliate system, BI, etc.;
• Defining and characterising new requirements based on product strategy and customer needs;
• Hands-on in Writing feature and requirements specification documents for mobile and web products;
• Performing analysis and specification for integration with 3rd party systems;
• Working closely with multiple departments: Security, Analysis, Compliance and Support, Technologies, etc.;
• Ownership across the lifecycle of a feature from concept through launch and managing the ongoing analysis and optimization phases;
• Researching and analyzing strategic and competitive information to constantly optimize the products and its performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in system analysis and working as a Web and/or Mobile Product Owner (including writing functional requirements or detailed design documents);
• Previous experience in Agile methodology — an advantage;
• Experience from an internet or software companies;
• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives;
• Savvy learner, avid listener, articulate communicator, and presenter;
• Full understanding of web and mobile environments (Web technologies, Browsers, frontend, trends, user behavior);
• Excellent written and verbal English level – a must;
• Strong team player, excellent interpersonal and service skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized, multi-tasking;
• Ability to learn and adjust quickly to a dynamic and changing environment.
• Experience in the iGaming industry – big advantage;
