We are looking for a Product Manager for our internal systems teams as we take our products to the next level.

Responsibilities:
- Fulfill responsibilities of Product Owner on one or more scrum team(s)
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that bring value to our ecosystem of third-party systems and internally-developed tools
- Be an expert for our internal business partners’ needs, motivations, and challenges
- Develop deep empathy for and represent our business partners
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and validate them before development
- Partner with program management and engineering team to develop the roadmap and own specifications, development cycle, and monitoring for success
- Plan and prioritize work across multiple projects, and communicate priority to relevant stakeholders
- Partner with other internal systems product managers on cross-functional projects
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for internal systems team(s)
- Be responsible for identifying and hitting the key performance indicators you are entrusted with
- Use data and statistics to inform decisions
- Leverage metrics to improve system usability
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-4 years of Product Management experience
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovative
- Passion for digital products
- Proven ability to learn fast
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Experience with technical implementations
- Experience leading projects and teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with multiple team types, i.e. engineering, sales, marketing, legal, finance, and customer success, legal, finance, customer success, and IT PMO
- Experience working with technical vendors
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
