Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Equifax, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and beyond. Your primary focus will be on understanding market trends, customer needs, and industry dynamics to define and execute a product strategy that drives growth and profitability.

What you'll do:

• Product Strategy: Collaborate with Breach LoB Strategy and Marketing roles to define and execute the product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives.
• Customer Focus: Work closely with customer support and sales teams to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and address user issues, fostering strong customer relationships.
• Project Management: Oversee the product initiative process, set priorities, and manage resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
• Product Launch: Develop go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and marketing collateral to drive successful product launches and adoption.
• Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product performance to drive continuous improvement and iterate on product features.
• Be an active member of a highly collaborative team that is dedicated to making a positive impact with our consumers

What experience you need:

• 5+ years of product management or technical product management experience.
• Previous experience in cross-functional, highly matrixed organizations preferred
• Experience with simplifying complex user journeys into delightful user experiences in a D2C environment

• Excellent relationship and influence management skills and can communicate with product, marketing and technology partners effectively (written and verbal)

• Excellent judgment, critical thinking and decision-making capabilities
