Waltz Health is looking for a thoughtful, passionate, and creative Product Manager who can understand our company's strategic vision and apply that understanding to help improve patients' healthcare experience and outcomes. This individual will manage the definition of our product pipeline and help us make it a reality. Deep curiosity and a desire to learn will be critical to success in this role. As a Waltz Health Product Manager, you will partner with business stakeholders and clients to understand the voice of the customer and translate that information into product strategy, features, and requirements. This important role will collaborate with our entire team, including our Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Technology Officer.
You will primarily focus on the following responsibilities:- Performing market research to identify addressable user problem statements and assess possible solutions, which are vetted with user research and data
- Defining the Waltz Health product pipeline through new products, features, epics, and user stories.
- Communicating that information to our technology and software development teams and participating in the agile development process.
- Documenting our existing product development and helping our business to scale as we grow our team.
- Developing and providing expertise on the pharmacy industry, the pain points, and the opportunities to create value.
- Using that expertise to help drive product strategy and improve the lives of our end users.
- Take ownership of existing products and features
- Identify the problem and solution spaces to explore with product strategy
- Drive the quality of our upcoming software releases
- Proficient with agile methodology (rituals, epics/user stories, etc.)
- Product management software experience (Jira, Aha!, Miro, etc.)
- Market Research
- Microsoft Office (All, with deep proficiency in PowerPoint)
- Data Analysis
- Mobile and web app development (Front-end and back-end, APIs, UI/UX)
- Technical product management skills (basic SQL, HTML, Javascript, and other technology skills) -- Preferred
- Bachelors
- Masters (Bonus)
- 4 years experience of product management experience
- Healthcare/Technology experience (Bonus)
