Work you'll do:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of a variety of analytical and productivity tools. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing a team of developers, designers, and QA engineers, and working closely with team leads to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet them.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product features and requirements
• Manage the entire product development life cycle, from idea to launch
• Work closely with team leads to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and marketing
• Communicate product plans and progress to upper management
• Analyze and report on product performance and user feedback
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
• Ensure that all products are high-quality, user-friendly, and meet business objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in product management
• Experience leading the development of web and mobile applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with YouTube is a plus
• Passion for user-centered design and understanding user needs.
