We are currently seeking a highly driven Product Manager to join our Power & Renewables Product team in Calgary. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world's most dynamic and fastest-growing sector. The Product Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring the product development process for research team focused across all products within the Power & Renewables product solution set . Their duties include managing the research roadmap, leading strategic initiatives, scaling the research and data within Power & Renewables , and interfacing with the product, GIS, engineering, sales and support teams . This position reports to the Director of Markets , with an opportunity to advance in your career at a rapid rate.

• Support the Company strategy by articulating the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization;
• Own the Power & Renewables research team roadmap and strategy, working alongside your research group, gathering input from product and scoping out timelines with data, GIS and engineering
• Act as a user champion when coordinating research development with business stakeholders and align all research activity with business goals and priorities;
• Collaborate with product, marketing and sales on how research impacts the product positioning, demo design, training courses, sales collateral, etc. to ensure that business objectives are achieved ;
• Work with the Sales and Customer Success teams to answer client questions and create support collateral.

Competitive Candidate Profile:

• Experience in a market-facing software and enterprise solutions product management role is a plus;
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience with a background in product owner roles;
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams to accomplish project goals;
• Proven capability of managing multiple stakeholders on the best course of action for the product;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Proven ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally;
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience;
• Experience in the Power & Renewables space is preferred.
