Product Manager - Pharmacy Workflow
The Product Manager role will report to a Principal within Product Management and leads ideation and execution for a critical product area of the overall Omnicell cloud/SaaS platform. This unique opportunity is a combination of cloud/SaaS, healthcare, and pharmacy automation. This is a US based remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine prioritized pharmacy technician focused product workflow needs based on insights from product team, workflow leaders, market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, and collaboration with subject matter experts
- Collaborate with your product peers to prioritize significant problems to solve, make trade-off decisions, and ultimately translate your priorities into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Own the successful delivery of your roadmap and share the success of the overall portfolio
- Effectively identify and manage cross-team dependencies
- Build effective relationships that matter at leadership levels of the organization with engineering, design, QA and a variety of cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop communications material, value propositions, product release artifacts, and high-level strategic justification to help explain the why of your product workflow both internally and externally
- Develop relationships with customers and prospects, gather and understand customer feedback on existing products, product workflows, and products in development and conduct effective interviews to better understand the context, pressures, complete understanding of the problems they need to solve to deliver the right solution
- Communicate the vision of the product-based workflow, value proposition and release goals to the cross-functional team and leadership as part of the release planning process

- Coaches/mentors product managers, builds effective cross-functional relationships, and influences priorities of other functions
- Provides valuable and needed assistance, information and support to others, to build a basis for future reciprocity; makes others want to build a partnership
- Uses advanced analytics to guide product decisions

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of product management experience, including cloud/SaaS product
- 2 years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician in a pharmacy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Pharmacy Technician in a hospital pharmacy.
- 4 years of product management experience, including cloud/SaaS product
- API Integration Experience
- Experience with Agile process and methodology
Work Conditions:
- Up to 20% Us based travel to development teams and infrequent customer site visits
- This position is 100% US based remote enabled role
Compensation will vary based on region. For the state of Colorado only, expected pay is ($110,700.00 to $130,000.00). Benefits can be found on www.omnicellbenefits.com.
