Overview

We’re looking for an impact-focused Product Manager to lead the product roadmap for Aptible’s Platform-as-a-Service. Reporting directly to the CEO you'll deliver business and customer value by shipping the right product at the right time.

Our Platform : Since 2013 Aptible’s platform has grown to support a large infrastructure footprint. Our platform predates Kubernetes. Here's a glimpse into how Aptible works:

• Aptible supports over 40000 daily infrastructure events across our customer base from deployments to resource provisioning.

• 50000 active app and database containers across hundreds of customers kept online with a 99.95% SLA.

• Aptible Managed Databases launch in just 97 Seconds outpacing AWS RDS's 15 Minutes.

• Aptible Apps are up and running in under 90 Seconds faster than AWS ECS's 3-5 Minutes.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Product : You’ll identify prioritize and solve the most impactful customer problems.

• Synchronize the Team : You’ll align all stakeholders around one vision strategy and roadmap.

• Ship the Product : You’ll ship high-quality product on-time.

• Delivery to Product Roadmap

• Improved Customer Retention (e.g. % of Revenue in Green Customer Health etc.)

• Improved Customer Satisfaction (e.g. NPS)

You Should Apply If:

Overall Professional Experience

• Functional Experience : You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.

• Technical Acumen : You have 3+ years of experience in the PaaS / Developer Tools space either as a Product Manager or other relevant role (e.g. Software Engineer). You can speak the language of our customers without having to go through our Engineering Team as translators.

Compensation at Aptible

The projected salary range for this position is $216436 - $245955 USD. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all U.S. locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to job-related competencies experience and knowledge. The projected salary range is just one component of Aptible’s total compensation package for employees.
