We are looking for a Product Manager with a 10x impact mindset and a track record of driving new product features from concept to successful launch, market adoption, and customer outcome realization. This Product Manager will help set the bar for best-in-class Pricebook and Sales Technician Workflow capabilities, with a keen eye on superior customer experience and automating the product journey. This PM's contributions will help reshape the capabilities of the Pricebook and enable our customers to establish the next generation of best practice processes for their teams, field workers, and their customers. The Pricebook product is critical to our customer's operations, offers an outsized impact on their business growth, and lives at the heart of our software.
ServiceTitan is looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong technical background and a track record of driving new products and features from concept to successful launch, market adoption, and value realization. This is an integral, highly-visible role with the opportunity of making a huge impact for ServiceTitan and our customers. This position will be responsible for developing and launching features related to the point-of-sale experience for residential and commercial service providers and their customers.
The portfolio of point-of-sale products includes:
  • Pricebook - the organizational and sales hub of trade businesses
  • Pricebook Pro - a high-performance Pricebook designed to increase revenue and save time for our customers through AI, Automation, and product content assets
  • Pricebook Connect - a content platform delivering new items, ongoing content updates and enhancements, as well as third-party vendor & supplier integrations
  • Support Estimates and Proposals - Optimize our features around the principle of good/better/best Estimates to help technicians close more sales
  • New Products and Features on the roadmap to innovate the point-of-sale and procurement experiences through intuitive designs, AI, and automation.

These products are tightly integrated with other products on ServiceTitan's platform including Inventory Management, Procurement, Accounting, etc, and will offer close collaboration with those product teams. This role requires strong drive, technical understanding, effective communication, and best practices to deliver phenomenal value and delightful experiences to our customers.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for point-of-sale products for our residential and commercial service providers including ServiceTitan Pricebook, Pricebook Pro, and Connect.
  • Make that vision a reality by getting buy-in from key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Drive roadmap planning while properly assessing impact and conducting effective discovery to maximize product and feature success.
  • Liaison between the product team and internal teams to identify product gaps, develop requirements, and communicate roadmap.
  • Work closely with our designers, engineers, product marketing, and strategy teams to perform UX research, design exploration, usability testing, and launch impactful products & features.
  • Demo new features to prospects and customers, organize internal and external feedback, and manage beta releases.
  • Work with clients and 3rd party integration partners in assessing needs, defining requirements, and obtaining leadership buy-in.
  • Assess customer escalations, and impact on the roadmap and allocate resources accordingly for resolution.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to prioritize product defects/bugs and provide guidance to the development team on expected behavior.

What you'll bring:
  • 3-6 years experience, with at least 2 years in a product management role
  • Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem-solving
  • Strong technical background desired
  • Database and dataset-based product experience a strong plus
  • Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Intelligent, quick thinking, and fast learning team player
  • Prior experience in taking a product from concept to successful launch is a plus
  • SQL experience a plu
  • Mobile experience a plus
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and/or UX/product in SalesTech or digital point-of-sale systems is a plus

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $102,000 - $147,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
