About the role:
The Raft team is growing and looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager (Agile Coach) with client engagement experience to join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. As an Agile Transformation Catalyst, you will be an empowering servant leader, guiding and inspiring Agile teams on their journey towards excellence. You will impart your expertise in Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, and SAFe to cultivate a thriving environment that champions high-performing team dynamics, seamless flow, and unwavering progress.

- Foster Collaborative Progress: Work hand-in-hand with teams, guiding them towards their objectives while continually fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose
- Drive Relentless Improvement: Spearhead the team's efforts to continually enhance performance, processes, and overall efficiency
- Nourish Team Growth: Provide steadfast support and guidance to both new and established teams, as well as Product Owners, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing development
- Overcome Obstacles: Proactively identify and eliminate impediments, enabling teams to maintain momentum and focus on their goals
- Advocate for Quality: Champion the adoption of SAFe quality practices, ensuring the delivery of exceptional outcomes
- Harmonize Agile Practices: Cultivate a consistent understanding and application of Agile methodologies and processes across all teams, fostering synergy and alignment
- Assemble High-Performing Teams: Facilitate the development of high-performing, self-sufficient teams that consistently deliver value and achieve their objectives
- Safeguard and Communicate: Vigilantly protect team dynamics while ensuring clear, open, and effective communication within and across teams
- Boost Inter-Team Efficiency: Coordinate with other teams to identify opportunities for collaboration and process improvement, driving collective progress and success
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the comprehensive design and execution of training programs, including the identification of training requirements, development of engaging training materials, and implementation of cutting-edge computer-based training solutions
- Direct Product Manager/Owner experienceÂ

- Expert at delivering projects on time

- An outstanding communicator with a high level of integrity and leadership courage.Â
- A self-starter that can recognize needs and act with little to no guidance.Â
Clearance Requirements:
- Ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance
