Product Manager
As a Product Manager at Health Gorilla, you will report to the Senior Director of Product. You will work with the Engineering team to development industry-leading products in the Healthcare Interoperability space. You will operate as the product owner, coordinating all product activities from vision to implementation, including engaging customers to understand their needs, developing tactical and long-term strategies, defining product roadmaps, working with engineering to build those products, and coordinate with teams across Health Gorilla, both pre- and post-launch, to ensure product success.
What you will do at Health Gorilla- You will lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of your portfolio by working with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and executive leadership.
- You will solve tough user problems and meet our goals.
- You will be the owner and the expert of your portfolio of products and features
- You will take ideas and turn them into functional features making prioritization calls and collaborating with stakeholders.
- You will translate your understanding of product, customers, and domain into detailed requirements and prototypes, iteratively building right solutions.
- Create alignment for the product strategy execution both internally and externally.
- Measure the impact of your work and make data-driven decisions.
- 4+ years in a product management role taking projects from creation to release.
- Can make decisions off imperfect or incomplete requirements.
- Collaborate with team members in the fully remote environment
- Experience in the Healthcare industry
- Experience shipping software and services with Agile development methodologies.
- Your expertise to make us better
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analysis or an equivalent degree or experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
What You Will Love About Us!
- Health Gorilla takes a market-based approach to pay, and the base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $170,000, based on experience and geography. Please note that ranges may be modified at any time, and there is no guarantee offers will be at the top of a posted range.
