WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Ship Big Products
  • Do whatever is necessary to ship big projects and features!
  • Be a key player in owning long-term strategic projects
  • Lead UX design sessions with UX, the business, and End Users and implement quality front end designs
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog
  • Manage big projects from concept to design through execution and launch - including the creation of a roll out plan

• Product Adoption
  • Implement, monitor and improve product adoption metrics
  • Investigate and analyze requests from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, design solutions for them, and drive their implementation
  • Communicate and collaborate cross functionally to prioritize asks, improve our platform, etc

• Communicate Product Vision
  • Translate product strategy into specific, actionable requirements while communicating across the organization
  • Work with your team to train internal stakeholders on new product features and enhancements
  • Manage, track, and present status on projects to key stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Prioritize long and short term objectives from all perspectives
  • Communicate the vision via wireframes, documents, and presentations
    
• Competitive Intelligence
  • Remain up to date on research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and competition
  • Analyze brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develop strategies based on research and analysis

WHO YOU ARE

• Previous experience as a Product Manager for software products
• Comfortable with workflow tools (Workfront, Aprimo, Monday, Asana or similar)
• Prior experience integrating a workflow tool is a plus!
• Have worked in an Agile/SCRUM environment 
• Experience working with API integrations and reading API documentation
• Adept with issue management or project management software, such as JIRA or Notion
• Unconstrained by the resources available
• Positive can-do attitude with the ability to thrive amidst ambiguity as needed
• Default to thoughtful, humble, empathetic, respectful, and calm communication
• Celebrates constructive conflict but never operates with an adversarial attitude
