POSITION SUMMARY
AdAction is seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Product Manager to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Product Manager at AdAction, your role will encompass:
  • Being a proactive self-starter, taking the initiative to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
  • Owning and shaping the entire product roadmap, guiding it towards success.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders across the organization to prioritize and drive initiatives.
  • Embracing agile processes and scrum principles for efficient project delivery.
  • Conducting research and analysis to gather insights, driving continuous product improvement.
  • Leading the development and execution of product strategies in alignment with business goals.
  • Fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, from Data Engineers to Designers.
  • Establishing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Providing comprehensive training and support to internal teams on our data products.
  • Continuously evaluating and optimizing product performance based on feedback and insights.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
To excel in this role, you should bring:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • A willingness and enthusiasm for self-improvement and learning.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive work style.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, including roadmapping and backlog management.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, fostering collaborative teamwork.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data systems such as Google Analytics and Tableau.
  • Previous experience in data or product analyst roles is a plus.

Annual Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000*
*Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.
