This position is based fully remotely. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization for this role. 

We are looking for a motivated Product Manager to help build out the functionality of our fintech back-office restaurant accounting software module that offers food cost management, payroll, plus much more! You will work closely with stakeholders, users and the development team to oversee the entire product life cycle and the growth of our existing product features.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Gathering, defining, and organizing feature & business requirements
• Answering / finding answers to requirement clarifications / feature decisions
• Creating training materials and a release/launch plan for stake holders / users as features are pushed to production
• Gathering user / stakeholder feedback to drive new feature requirements/prioritization
• Gathering user behavior metrics and analyzing the metrics in order to help guide the feature development roadmap
• Testing, ensuring quality and approving releases for production

Required experience:

• 4+ years of Product Manager and software development workflow experience 
• Fintech or restaurant experience a huge plus
• Experience helping to define software feature requirements
• Jira experience
• Experience completing user testing for software feature approval
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and Client/Server APIs a plus

Education Requirements (College degree, special training & certifications):

BA/BS in a technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
