Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to join our Sterling Order Management team focused on Sterling Intelligent Promising. The successful candidate client facing ready with both strong technical and business skills.
Responsibilities:

• Acquire Order Management subject matter expertise and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices – need to organize and coordinate various aspects of order management including inventory management order processing workflows and communication with various teams involved in fulfillment.
• Order management directly impacts the customer experience. A product manager should be dedicated to meeting customer expectations ensuring on-time delivery and providing a seamless ordering process.
• Effective communication is essential when coordinating with cross-functional teams such as sales warehouse customer support and logistics. Clear and timely communication helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures smooth order processing.
• Create customer facing content as well as conduct market research competitive analysis and client interviews to inform product strategy
• Plan package and launch capabilities into the market to drive towards strategic goals
• Collaborate effectively with other product managers and members of cross-functional teams including design development support sales services and business partners.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3+years experience product management or product marketing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others
• Technical skills to engage in-depth with our products demonstrate the value and create persuasive GTM assets and social content such as blog posts
• Compelling speaker that can record high quality client-facing content
• Ability to craft stories for targeted use cases and personas and the writing skills to turn stories into scripts that can be used by others
• Effective organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Understanding of Order Management and Intelligent Promising
• Experience with Product Led Growth offerings and strategy.
• Writing editing publishing and promoting content.
• Retail industry expertise
