[Position Overview]

Looking for a product manager with Fashion Industry experience. As PM, you will primarily collaborate with various stakeholders like users, partners, and the internal development team in India, Korea, and the US. You will provide new product ideas to maximize the benefits of CLO products to prospective and existing users.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for working with existing and prospective clients to conduct workshops, gather requirements and prepare functional specification documents with mock-ups, as-is process, and to-be process.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by development teams.
• Responsible for delivering functional specification documents for requirement gathering for future enhancements and roadmap capabilities.
• Prepare & deliver presentations of 3D Integrations of CLO and PLM Solutions to prospective clients.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, development, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products to ensure success for the entire organization.
• Responsible for user stories, test scripts, use case documents and functionality testing for new product releases. Participate in QA/UAT Testing.
• Perform tailored demonstrations for prospective customers, matching their business processes to showcase the capabilities of CLO-Vise for all PLM Solutions.
• Be able to think through new features from start to finish keeping in mind the impact on features, technology, business and ultimately user experiences.

Requirements

• BF. Tech (NIFT/Pearl Academy graduates) or B.E or equivalent degree.
• Must have strong experience (8+years) in Fashion Industry.Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
• Good Understanding of Fashion Supply Chain Process. High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams and should be able to multitask between different products.
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• Good understanding of the product development process in a fashion company.
• The ability to workshops and gather high-level requirements.
• Knowledge of Software like PLM, 3D, ERP etc.
