LinkSquares is the leading AI-powered Contract Lifecycle Management software suite that helps legal teams optimize contract creation, execution, and analysis. As a Product Manager, you will have a close relationship with our customers, UX designers, engineering team, marketing, sales team, customer success team and any other stakeholder, collaborating in a fast-paced environment. The Product Management is a highly visible role, you will be at the center of time-critical projects working closely with multiple stakeholders. We are looking to find someone with proven experience operating as a Product Manager inside a B2B software business, who is passionate about innovation, and entrepreneurial in spirit. Above all else, your north start is to provide and exceptional customer experience informed by customer feedback. LinkSquares is a high growth start-up company with an established customer base. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on the needs and day to day life of our users
  • Gather input from stakeholders and work closely with them to identify opportunities
  • Participate in support calls and other client inquiries
  • Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that products meet business requirements
  • Clearly communicate the status of projects with associated stakeholders
  • Draft release notes for launches and work with Marketing on go to market plans
  • Measure adoption, usage data, and business results from product launches
