Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a passion for building products and collaborating with commercial and development teams in driving the product strategy. This role will product manage current and future land-based game technologies (Platform OS, game engine, and game production tools) to enable great game contents that bring joy to life through the power of play!
This Product Manager will be at the core of defining a vision and executing a broad-based strategy encompassing a three to five-year product roadmap. The individual will interact with multiple stakeholder groups and senior management to lead and champion product planning exercises. The role will be responsible for ensuring business goals and release deadlines are consistently and reliably met. This position also entails market research, launch planning, and achieving growth and revenue targets.
The Product Manager will work closely with game studios, hardware and software engineering teams, customers, regulatory agencies, and the sales and marketing organizations to ensure that market requirements and customer needs are built-in to future product releases. This role will be at the forefront of Aristocrat's continuing mission to maintain a dominant position in the market through effective and creative product evolution and strategy.
What You'll Do

• Communicate business needs and product specifications through proper requirements documentation
• Define and oversee the delivery of the product roadmap for the assigned product line
• Lead the product planning process with various business units and work with stakeholders to evaluate change and impacts
• Strategize plans outside the 18-month standard planning phase for a Commercial and Technology Product Plan (3-5 years in advance)
• Collaborate with engineering teams to assess product requirements and solution design to build the right products
• Organize and facilitate product reviews, roadmap alignment, new product initiation meetings, problem solving investigation and brainstorming workshops, and business case assessment reviews
• Interpret customer and market insights and make strategic decisions based on data
• Engage with customers and understand key product drivers for venue operators and sales to build strategy
• Effectively influence schedules and/or priorities across departments in the business
• Lead development and resource requirements, commercial value, and partner with Finance to develop business cases
• Champion new products and ideas with consideration of competitive factors, market demand, risk management, program economics, strategic fit, and operational complexity
• Stay abreast of latest advancements in technology, competition, industry developments, and regulatory environment

What We're Looking For

• In-depth experience in product management and strategy development
• Experience writing business cases, building consensus around a product vision, and tactically executing to deliver value
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially with software engineers, project managers, and other product managers
• Thorough understanding of product development lifecycle and processes
• Comfortable with ambiguity; welcomes the challenge of developing new ideas and approaches in a semi-unstructured environment
• Able to comprehend technical challenges, understand limitations and impact to the customer, and manage risk in reviewing technology options and trade-offs
• Self-starter and also a team-player with ability to work within collaborative environments
• Ability and desire to interact and engage in substantive dialogue with all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical and market research skills
• Superior attention to detail with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional work ethics, excellent judgment, and a desire to win
• Advanced degree, casino industry or gaming product development experience is a plus

Pay Range
$90,461-$167,999
Pay Rate Type: Salary
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
