Product Manager, 3D Experience, PLM Platform

The Role

As a Product Manager for the 3DExperience PLM Platform, you will be a cornerstone within the 3DExperience Product Team under the Engineering Technology & Operations organization. Our mission is to "Enable Tesla Engineering to design products and capabilities at scale over a global digital landscape through innovation, engagement, and delivery of best-in-class solutions." You'll play a pivotal role in realizing this mission by facilitating the development of top-tier software features and tools tailored for our 3DExperience platform.

This role is multi-dimensional, drawing upon innovation, constant engagement with stakeholders, and steadfast delivery of solutions. Collaborative endeavors with business analysts, technical architects, and our 3DExperience development teams in India and the US will be routine. Additionally, your synchronization with the support and training teams will ensure unparalleled value addition to the design and engineering users across Tesla.

Responsibilities

• Guide and refine the strategic direction of the 3DExperience PLM platform, ensuring alignment with Tesla's engineering objectives and overarching company goals
• Discover and prioritize the most important problems to solve through deep understanding of needs of Tesla's design and engineering community
• Define metrics for measuring business impact and utilize them to make data-driven prioritization decisions
• Orchestrate the comprehensive design, development, and requirements derivation for the 3DExperience platform
• Provide holistic product leadership, ensuring solutions are best-in-class, scalable, and future-ready
• Engage seamlessly with global teams, spanning from business analysts to technical experts, optimizing product deliverables
• Uphold the values of collaboration and transparency, maintaining active communication with stakeholders at every level

Expected Compensation
$88,000 - $300,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
