What you will do:

Product manager for Health & Protection insurance products. The Product manager holds the responsibility of product development and product management activities within the organization, according to the existing regulatory obligations, policies, standards and methodology, manages all related product knowledge and ensures effective sharing of product related information across the company. Develops and reviews existing products by identifying the needs of target customer, coordinating and/or conducting market and other stakeholder’s research.

Your day-to-day:

• Identify customers' needs and desires considering input from market (eg through research) and all stakeholders
• Development of new insurance products and/or review of existing ones combining company's strategy, values, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinating the Product Approval & Review Process
• Develop product specifics, business requirements and product material, and support IT development through User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Assess market competition
• Monitor product performance
• Any other BaU activity related to product development and maintenance
• Involvement in company’s projects

Qualifications:

• Degree in Insurance/ Statistics/ Business
• Prior knowledge / experience in insurance protection products
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent oral and written knowledge of English language
