We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our digital product team, where you will be leading a innovative digital product for medical practices, medical spas, and partners nationwide.

You will work alongside star teams from engineering, marketing, research & design, legal, sales, and customer success. You will work to build intelligent and delightful experiences, and drive positive impact for our customers, in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, technology environment. You should be comfortable in uncharted territory as we envision unique and differentiated solutions for our customers in an otherwise legacy market.

Let's talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for the digital product (strategy, requirements gathering, feature roadmap based on priority/impact, collaborate with cross functional team to implement roadmap, internal communication/stakeholder management).
• Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative products & features.
• Synthesize customer and consumer feedback, research and market analysis to enhance user satisfaction and act as customer advocate
• Translate business and product needs into requirements and prioritized roadmap projects based on business case and resource requirements for the digital products
• User acceptance testing/product QA for ongoing deployments and product launch
• Map the overall UX journey for the product and enhance the existing product UX in collaboration with design team.
• Establish KPIs to track product success, progress, and usage. Partner with analytics team to to measure/monitor funnel KPIs and product performance in terms of digital product adoption.
• Partner with business/marketing teams to ensure there is a robust go-to market launch plan.
• Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers using agile/scrum mythology vs waterfall
• Conduct trainings on new products/enhancements to internal customers.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
• Design processes and standard work for product management wherever applicable to ensure scalability across digital platforms.
• Run A/B tests, analyze data, recognize trends, and identify key levers for optimization
• Recognize the nature of each problem and ensure the right people are involved to help solve it. Be an active contributor to that solution, not just a communication facilitator.
• Be flexible and adaptable to wearing multiple hats depending on the organization's changing need.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree required
• 2+ years of Digital Product Management experience (digital technologies & platforms) working in fast-paced technology companies is a must
• Analytical background to track and measure product performance
• Highly motivated, capable of working in a self-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent problem solver enjoying coming up with creative solutions in a fast-paced agile environment with a strong focus on customer experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with
• Experience working in cross functional teams. Collaboration with relevant team players such internal/external engineers, architects, web publishing teams and ERP teams is required.
• You are technical or have aptitude and willingness to learn
• Experience creating examples through wire frames and mockups is a plus

• Travel up to 10% may be required
• Position is based in Newport Beach, CA

Compensation & Total Rewards:

The pay range for this position is $127,800 to $166,100. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
