Job Description

Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Product Manager for our Arkloud product. The Product Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of Arkloud instances to customers and interacting with customers in the evolution of the product. This role includes the financial management of the product and the business development aspects of obtaining and retaining customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Participate as a key member of the DevSecOps / Cloud Services team
  • Aid is designing/architecting cloud solutions for DoD and commercial customers
  • Guide potential customers through the identification, development, and documentation of mission needs and/or corporate goals
  • Translate customer needs into technical requirements and develop storage strategies and costing estimates
  • Establish and maintain cost modeling for Arkloud instances
  • Provide cloud usage and related cost reports and forecasts to customers
  • Interface with the team to add customer driven features to the backlog
  • Work within the organization to integrate new technologies into Arkloud
  • Guide commercial offerings
  • Support Business Development activities for Arkloud and DevOps capabilities
  • Support conferences as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:

  • Must be a US citizen
  • BS in computer science, computer engineering, or related field; additional BS in Program Management (Masters Preferred) a plus
  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • 5+ years developing enterprise wide solutions, for geographically disperse user bases
  • 5+ years of experience interfacing with customers and developing technological solutions within the DoD and IC
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile development programs
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, controlling cost, schedule and performance
