About this role:

• Rackner is seeking a Program Manager that will serve as both a Product Manager and Agile Scrum Master, will be part of the Cerberus team at Platform One.
• This role will also educate future customers of Rackner's value offering and help with proposal development.
• This Program Manager will also lead product development for Platform One, as well as advise Rackner's internal product initiatives. 

• Overseeing Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps tools, DoD cybersecurity, and Cloud program
• Demonstrating technical Customer Service, Customer Management, and experience in escalations

Program Overview:

• Platform One, a DoD-wide enterprise service capability intended to make the DoD DevSecOps initiative a reality by leveraging best practices at various classification levels.
• In support of Platform One, the Cerberus customer facing team was developed to provide support throughout the customer life-cycle.
