Exciting Opportunity for a Product Manager!

An innovative company focused on driving forward-thinking solutions is looking for a dynamic and driven Product Manager to lead their product development and strategy efforts. This role involves guiding products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet client needs and remain competitive in the market.

• Guide product/features from the initial concept stage through to launch.
• Develop and define the value proposition of products/features for our client base.
• Create product roadmaps and detailed specifications by conducting in-depth domain analysis, gathering requirements, and performing business analysis.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and architects to convert product specifications into design and eventually into the final product.
• Develop comprehensive business test cases to support the engineering process.
• Regularly assess the development progress of products/features, using test cases to ensure alignment with specifications and the overall vision.
• Identify and manage risks and assumptions, escalating issues proactively and mitigating execution risks.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in front, middle, or back-office environments, with specific experience in trade operations, particularly in the options and derivatives domain.
• Deep understanding of options trading, including strategies, pricing models, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of trading backend systems, with the ability to work closely with engineers.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to clearly and effectively articulate ideas.
• A collaborative attitude and a high level of personal maturity.
• Coding skills are considered an advantage.
• Certifications in the financial domain, such as CA or CFA, are a plus.
