Bluon, Inc. is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Product Manager. In this critical role, you will own partner relationships and integrations with our platform. As the Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our App. Your expertise in managing partnerships and integrating our offerings with external platforms will be essential in expanding our reach and maximizing our impact in the HVAC industry. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the marketplace strategy, including evaluating integration requirements and formulating go-to-market plans.
• Assist the Director of Product in creating and owning the product roadmap - write feature documentation + user stories, prioritize feature development, plan iterations, and keep developers and design teams unblocked.
• Work with partner's product teams to ensure seamless and thoughtful integrations with our partners - must have enough technical knowledge to technically discuss APIs
• Working directly with the Director of Product to manage and coordinate multiple teams of developers (both internal and external and across multiple time zones)
• Assist the Director of Product in creating and owning the product roadmap - write feature documentation + user stories, prioritize feature development, plan iterations, and keep developers and design teams unblocked.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders regarding marketplace and partner integrations and partnership opportunities.
• Identify potential strategic partnerships with complementary businesses, technology providers, and industry stakeholders to enhance Bluon's product offerings and market presence.
• Regularly interacting with the senior management team, including the SVP of Software, CEO and COO, on strategy and product content
• Understand customer and partner user needs in-depth, including communicating and working directly with our team of inhouse HVAC technicians.
• Streamline product communication between Bluon management, internal teams, and our external development teams.
• Assist with organizing design and development sprints and consult product owners on how to prioritize their product roadmap.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, or similar role
• Must have prior experience working with Jira and Figma.
• Understanding of APIs and be able to speak to the technical aspects of integrations
• Proven track record of creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, such as API documentation and technical specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred (but not required)
• Strong understanding of marketplaces and integrations
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
