With the support of its financial sponsor CBRE Investment Management, Gateway plans to reach 500,000 homes and businesses with its service over the next several years. Gateway provides faster, more reliable internet with a simple pricing model and industry-leading customer service.

Expected Outcomes and Requirements:
Gateway is hiring a Product Manager to develop, execute, and enhance Gateway’s product strategy in support Gateway’s growth trajectory of adding 500,000 residential & business passings over the next several years. The Product Manager is expected to contribute in the following significant ways:

  • Develop and execute Gateway Fiber’s overall product strategy and roadmap with the goal to continually enhance our customer value proposition and their experience.
  • Forge cross-functional relationships with specific stakeholders to map out and solidify product support prior to launch.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer expectations and develop meaningful product solutions.
  • Develop frameworks and timelines for product launches including product updates, valued-added services, lifecycles, billing, pricing, and policy changes.
  • Compliments strong technical skills and acumen with the ability to translate solutions to non-technical customers and teammates.
  • Brings strong vendor relationships to the organization to support product strategy
  • Deliver thorough economic evaluation of product opportunities to support overall product strategy.
  • Lead analysis of competitive landscape, market conditions driving customer buying trends, pricing strategy, and take-rate models.
  • Drive market growth through informed product portfolio with full accountability to deliver consumer revenue.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience; BA or BS preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in telecommunication specific product management, 4+ years in non-telecommunications product management.
  • Proven ability to deliver expected performance results and ability to continuously improve performance to higher levels.
  • Strategic mind with capability to execute tactically in a dynamic, growing organizatio
  • Contagious passion for collaborating across teams to ensure product viability, support, and economic outlook.
  • Proven record of negotiating effective agreements with external vendors and internal business & engineering functions.
  • Exemplary interpersonal, oral, written, and technical communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Capability to perform other assigned tasks, projects, or duties.
