We are a design-driven team that supports product and business goals. As a team, we span a broad spectrum of web development; from foundational frontend architecture, design systems, analytics pipelines, UI engines that drive our customer flows. Together we explore business and growth opportunities as well.

As a Product Manager, you will identify customer pain points, business opportunities, and define/deliver the products that help simplify design decisions for our customers and residential interior designers. Your work will be pivotal to shaping the future of design and architecture industry.

What you'll do:

  • Your work will be pivotal to shaping the future of the design and architecture industry
  • Work in tight collaboration with a cross-functional group of designers, engineers, data scientists, operations experts to ensure alignment, execution, and launches
  • Create and maintain product backlog and the product roadmap
  • Own prioritization process of product solutions based on business value and customer impact
  • Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results
  • Build alignment across the scrum team as well as business stakeholders
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, making tradeoffs and balancing the business needs, customer needs, versus technical or operational constraints
  • Present product roadmap and status to the business and leadership on an ongoing basis
  • Communicate concisely and influence outcomes based on expertise
  • Evaluate new product opportunities and bring forward proposals for new capabilities with data and users at the forefront

What you'll bring:

  • 4+ year's of product management experience (Ideally SaaS or E-commerce Environment)
  • Expert cross collaborator  
  • Can Influence at the highest levels in collaborative manner
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in design, and hypothesis-driven product development
  • Entrepreneurial drive to achieve goals in an innovative fast-paced environment
